Insurance and payment availability may vary by state, clinician, service, carrier, health plan, network participation and credentialing status.

DelMar is currently accepting private-pay clients while working to participate with major insurance networks. Insurance acceptance should be listed only after credentialing and network participation become effective.
Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Clients may remain responsible for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, non-covered services and other amounts required by their health plan.
