Services

People come to DelMar for different reasons. Some know exactly what kind of help they need. Others simply recognize that something in their lives, relationships or recovery needs attention. Our services are organized into six major areas.

Mental Health & Psychotherapy

Professional counseling and psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, adjustment difficulties, emotional concerns and other challenges affecting psychological well-being.

Couples, Marriage & Family

Helping couples and families strengthen communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, respond to difficult transitions and develop healthier relationships.

Addiction & Substance Use

Assessment, counseling and treatment for alcohol and other substance-use concerns, including relapse prevention, co-occurring conditions and structured outpatient services where available.

Recovery & Support Services

Recovery does not end when formal treatment ends. DelMar supports individuals and families through recovery planning, care coordination, resource navigation, relapse prevention, continuing care and community reintegration.

Forensic & Court-Related Services

Behavioral-health and substance-use services addressing appropriate court, legal, correctional, reentry and justice-related needs within professional scope.

Specialized Counseling Services

Individualized services addressing LGBTQ+ concerns, faith and spirituality, grief, chronic illness, TBI adjustment, neurodivergence, culture, identity and life transitions.

Trauma-informed and trauma-focused approaches
